A delightful ice wine with flavors of ripe peach and a bright, honeyed finish.

This dessert wine is made from post harvest frozen White Riesling grapes. The fruit is carefully pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Selected riesling grapes were picked in late October from Ponzi Estate and Durant Vineyards. The clusters were frozen until January then pressed at 30 brix and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine aged for four months in French oak barrels. It is a beautiful dessert wine. Enjoy it chilled on its own or with a light dessert.
