| I really like this wine-it is food friendly to the max. We sell lots at the restaurant where I am a chef. It pairs so well with one of our signature Heartland dishes-pork chops with peach beautiful sauce. Works well with grilled salmon and shrimp tempura. Clean and bight is how I would describe it. | ||||
