| We visited Sokol Blosser winery this past weekend and sampled all of their wines. We loved Evolution! What a great summer sipping wine. Can't wait to try it with Thai food. We found the wine to have a wonderful fruity flavor but yet not too sweet. We ended up buying several bottles to bring back home with us. | ||||
