Deliciously light, fruity wine. Sweet, but not too sweet. Lovely to sip chilled on a warm summers evening after a hot days work in the fields. Just delightful! Shared with all my friends that evening, and everyone said it was "Ummmmm, good"! It was my last bottle, though, so I went home distraught knowing that I had to find some more somewhere! Thank heavens I did! It's not like we drink a ton of it out here in Iowa, but it's nice to know it's waiting for you there in the cellar when you want it! The wine has a clean, clear, fresh finish ... no heavy after taste. You could go on to a delightful gourmet meal and not have the flavors of the courses spoiled with this one, but you could keep your guests refreshed until you got them to the meal! Serving this one well-chilled is the best! |
