Blue fruits on the nose and pallette are wound very tightly as of 5/1/06. Not quite ready for easy drinking. Maybe needs a year or so to open up. Nevertheless, refined and elegant purplish-garnet in appearance; medium to full body;bracing finish. Three bottles of this were served to about 16 women at my 30 year old niece's wedding shower in early May 2006. This wine got drunk the least out of four different wines available. My ratings: 88 out of 100, with a potentail to get to 90 out of 100 if cellared 1+ years. Also, the depth of taste in this wine makes me curious about future offerings from this winery.. |
