| What an absolutely wonderful fresh and smooth wine... I tried a glass of this lovely wine by suggestion of a waiter in Chicago - I typically like a riesling or a pinot gris - but could not decide which I wanted - I love the smooth fruity taste, and that the wine is not tart... I will be buying a case to keep on hand for the summer time. | ||||

| Clear medium golden; spicy, fruity nose; bone dry in the mouth, but plenty of citrusy tart fruit that went very well with my Penne with grilled and lightly smoked salmon, broccoli, snap peas and green beans (the latter two freshly picked from our garden); decent extract and texture with that same lemony finish; very tasty and refreshing. | ||||
