I have had two opportunities to enjoy this fantastic wine. Each time I find subtleties and flavors that I had not previously discovered. This wine has a depth of flavor and layers of body that other wines in its price range cannot even come close to. It is best with a strong flavored beef or duck. I have it with Duck with Raspberry sauce and it is like putting the cherry on top of the sundae. I highly recommend this wine. |
