I didn't even know i LIKED wine until i tasted this icewine two yrs ago while dining at a friends house. Its got a great taste and was served on this occasion as a stand alone dessert. Although by far MY favorite wine to date, i am no connousieur and reserve the 5 star rating for that yet to be found best-of-the-best. I openly root for St. Chapelle as it is one of the local wineries in my area. -nahun P.S. Val Kilmer was codenamed ICEMAN in the hit movie TOP GUN because he drank ICEWINE...true story, don't question me! |
