| Very distinctive P.N. with primary flavors of black cherries and spicy cocoa. Thus, this is not a P.N. for mild fish, if any fish at all. because of its spiceness. Primary flavors are supplemented by vanilla and a light tobacco flavor of all things in a P.N. Lingering taste is smooth with a slight, welcoming slighty-dry edge. Each taste draws you more to the wine and you want to savor and then taste again. The wine will highly please the sophisticated Oregonian P.N. palate. | ||||
