Cellars is the winery of world famous Shea Vineyard,
owned by Dick and Deirdre Shea.
Shea Wine Cellars
makes very limited amounts of Pinot noir and
Chardonnay from some of the best sections of
Shea vineyard. Their "Homer" Pinot
noir receives rave reviews every year and has
quickly become a "must have" for
serious collectors.
A new winery was
built last year at the vineyard, and is not
open to the public.
This 200 acre
Shea Vineryard site has 150 acres planted to
Pinot noir and Chardonnay in the Willamette
Valley of Oregon. Shea Vineyard sells grapes
to some of Oregon's best wineries, and the
vineyard has a reputation for producing some
of the best pinot noirs in the world, from
such winemakers as Ken Wright and Mike Etzel
of Beaux Freres.
