Sineann Pinot Gris 2010
The new vintage is concentrated with pear, kiwi, citrus peel, and orange blossom scent and flavor. A racy acidity pairs with pork ribs and rich foods, cutting through the intense meat flavors and clearing the palate. Peter calls this his spice wine, perfect with spicy Thai and Hispanic foods. Only 630 cases made, better act quickly to get some.
Located on a ridge 600 feet above Banks, Oregon, the Covey Ridge vineyard provides dry-farmed fruit that results in a fantastic wine that is lively and generous with mineral and citrus aromas, bright vivacity on the palate, and finishes with crisp lemon/grapefruit ice. This is Peter’s best Gris yet!

Sineann Pinot gris 09 - Peter Rosback's "big" style, with creamy white peach flavor and scent.2005 VINTAGE TASTING NOTES
Light straw in color, Sineann's 2005 Pinot Gris first entices you with a lush fruity nose that turns from pineapple and grapefruit to lime with a faint waft of honey buried in the wonderful citrus aromas. In the mouth think white nectarine, creamy lemon custard, and sweet tangerine peel, with touches of French tart Tatin. Crisp on the palate with mouthwatering acidity, this wine is going to pair with any food from cheeses and appetizers to baked halibut with cream sauce. -ms 2004 VINTAGE TASTING NOTES 2004 notes: A rich, complex wine with fresh white stone fruit and hints of spice in the nose, clean and refreshing, many different fruit, spice, roasted nut, and herbal flavors waft rapidly across the palate, finishing crisp and glycerin-y.
