Light straw in color, Sineann's 2005 Pinot Gris first entices you with a lush fruity nose that turns from pineapple and grapefruit to lime with a faint waft of honey buried in the wonderful citrus aromas. In the mouth think white nectarine, creamy lemon custard, and sweet tangerine peel, with touches of French tart Tatin. Crisp on the palate with mouthwatering acidity, this wine is going to pair with any food from cheeses and appetizers to baked halibut with cream sauce. -ms
2004 VINTAGE TASTING NOTES
2004 notes: A rich, complex wine with fresh white stone fruit and hints of spice in the nose, clean and refreshing, many different fruit, spice, roasted nut, and herbal flavors waft rapidly across the palate, finishing crisp and glycerin-y.
