$64.75 - Case price
(any 12 or more bottles)

Price: $71.95

Sineann Pinot Noir Resonance Reserve 06: First Reserve Pinot noir made by Sineann, made from a few of the very best barrels of the winery's Resonance Vineyard wine.

Scents are of dark berry and black cherry with distinct and appealing hints of rose petals and violets. Buttery, toasty barrel oak also figure in the nose.

Flavors are of supersweet blackberry, marionberry, and other berry fruit. The wine shows great depth, more than the regular Resonance 2006, and it is somewhat closed, reflecting the aging potential and dense biggness of the Reserve. we're interested in trying the wine in 2-5 years. It shows all the hallmarks of a very fine Pinot noir in the dense, over-the-top style Peter Rosback is known for. -avalon

"We couldn't resist bottling a few barrels of our 2006 Resonance Pinot noir separately this year. The sheer depth and beauty of the Pinot noir from the oldest vines in the vineyard demanded special recognition."

(Formerly known as Reed & Reynolds) This vineyard produces our best Pinot Noir - one of Oregon's best Pinot Noirs - every year. 2006 is no exception. The growers, Kevin and Carla Chambers, are fully biodynamic. The fruit off the oldest block of grapes was the best Pinot I've ever tasted off the vine. The wine is incredible: deep color, full, rich taste and a remarkable mouth-filling texture. I like to say our growers achieve the potential of their respective vineyards. Kevin exceeds his. The Reserve is a special selection of the oldest block of vines fermented in oak fermenters. As good as the "regular" Resonance is, this is even more concentrated with a remarkably persistent aftertaste." -the winery
