Owen Roe Kilmore 2012
$37.75 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($41.95)

This is a Kilmore fan’s Kilmore, meaning it’s everything you’d expect and want: dark fruit intensity, plushly textured, ready to enjoy now while having the stuffing to last several years. Dark berry compote and plum provides the core, with shadings of Indonesian coffee and panna cotta, and fresh cherry resonating on the long finish. You will like this. – Marcus

$49.95 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($54.95)120 cases made  The most distinct of the new Owen Roe Pinots is also our favorite. The nose is delightfully purple – crushed purple berries and flowers – that leads into a beautifully balanced array of dark raspberry and blackberry, with great weight and juiciness. The finish is lively, adding lip-smacking black cherry. Highly recommended. – Marcus

120 cases made  The darkest of the lot opens with cola spice-infused black fruits with a ribbon of red fruit woven in. On day two, it really starts strutting, especially on the peacock tail-like finish, a fan of flavors that are broad and creamy. – Marcus

100 cases made  A wilder animal, the Merriman has potent dark currants and baked plums with touches of vanilla bean.  – Marcus
