Winemaker Steven Westby describes the wine: "The fruit for this bottling was grown in a one-acre block of vines planted in 2001. Characteristic of the grape, there's a floral nose and spicy, exotic fruit full of apricot and orange flowers, and a burst of flavors hinting of peaches and spice. Food pairing - spicy Thai or other Asian dishes."
